Just a note to say I am completely happy with my newly relined lower denture and all the sore spots are now gone. I have tried using your Fixodent adhesive sample a couple of times and must say it really does work. However on the first try, I not only anchored the denture to the gum but my lip got fastened to the teeth also.(more fun!) Where do I begin? How can I repay you? What can I do to show my sincere appreciation?
I’ve come across several folks that have paid for dentures and then do not wear them because their dentures are uncomfortable. It is often obvious that denture wearers are wearing dentures. And I hear of folks complaining about the dentures they are wearing because they felt uncomfortable discussing the matter with their dentist! My gosh – I have to look right, feel comfortable and eat! Therefore, these new dentures were extremely important to me.
Y’all…are super! I say this now because my dentures created by you are in the making…hee…hee! I will be proudly wearing mine because you’ve created them beautifully, naturally and functionally and customized them for my confort. I made the decision to get new dentures based on a need, a better look and the trust I have in you. All of you have made me feel comfortable enough to complain and make suggestions. You have listened to my needs and voila! No words can express the patience you have shown me.
You have displayed genuine care with all of your patients (yeh…I’ve an ear and can hear how you treat others in your office). I am especially grateful for how professional, courteous and patient you have been with me. I know that I will probably always be remembered as the “most” complicated and the one that is hard to please but….I also believe that no one else could have done what you all have.
